I spend a lot of time listening regularly to our customers as well as our employees facing the customers.

We never liked  people more focused on the next job than the one they were doing.

Somebody asked me about my biggest mistakes. My reply was – wrong hirings.

Here is a simple and powerful rule – always give people more than what they expect.
